Does a reusable coffee cup have to be Starbucks brand for Starbucks to fill them up?

I have a medium sized coffee cup that looks just like one of their reusable ones, but I didn’t get it from them. It would probably be a grande size, so I don’t know if they get weird about the cups not being the exact sizes.

Nope! I worked at Starbucks up until a few weeks ago, and we were glad to make a drink in any brand reusable cup. It’s normally pretty easy to tell from looking at the cup what size drink you will need. Most of the time it’s a Grande, but whoever is your barista that day will be able to accurately judge what size you will need.
